Its multiple continuous non ox type hot-dip galvanizing lines are fully automated and computer controlled. Zinc coating is meticulously controlled by the use of special air knives, which facilitate uniform coating thickness and controlled spangles.

These lines have facilities for stretch leveling, skin-passing and controlled oiling.

Galvanized Plain Products (GP)

To avoid any corrosion and white rust formation and to retain shine and gleam, surface treatment is done using a specially formulated chromating solution.
